I decided to add bunting to my market stall. Catch peoples eye and give them a reason to paws at our stall. You Will Need:- Fabric (Cotton is great) - Fabric paint Putting It All Together:I needed to make a lot of bunting. My stall marque is the standard 3X3 metres. So I just cut out a massie stack triangles (somewhere over 100) I sell pet products, what screams pets louder than paw prints? I made a quick paw template and sketched paws onto half of the bunting triangles. Our colours are green, pink, and white. Using Fabric paint I think I painted about 200 individual paw prints. I left them to dry them gave them a heat set under a hot iron. Each piece of bunting had a backing. I pinned a painted triangle to an unpainted triangle. I sewed down the sides, leaving the top open. Clipped the edges to reduce bulk and turned the bunting right side out. I pinned the bunting to some bias binding, measuring just over 12m. If you want to know how to make Bias Binding check HERE. Sadly the first the market I did after making the bunting was terribly rainy and the bunting had to hide away in the dry tent.
