You Will Need
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Blu-tack
- pegs (might help to keep the tissue paper in place when cutting)
Getting Started
I folded the tissue paper back and forth 12 times and cut sections for each of the 12 pictures.
I traced my templates onto each section so I hade a guide when cutting.
When cutting be sure to leave a bit of the folded edges on each side intact. Each drummer should be connected to drummer on each side etc.
The tissue paper can be tricky to cut as it likes to sip and slide about, clip clothing pegs on the ends of the paper to keep all the layers where you want them.
Don't worry too much about cutting out the right number of figures for each day, as long as you have at least 12 you can always cut away the extra numbers. In fact I prefer to cut a few extra because sometime the figures on the ends can be a tad short and end in a straight edge.
