BANANANANANA Muffins
"Nanny Ogg knew how to start spelling 'banana', but didn't know how you stopped.” - Nanny Ogg. Discworld. Terry Pratchett
Bananananana is one of the many running gags I have with my friends. They are great jokes prolonged by late nights, the internet and a good dose of procrastination.
Great jokes - That are seriously in danger from the overenthusiastic beast know as autocorrect. Writing Banana is not funny, fun, or in this case correct. You can't even write a simple blog post without autocorrect busting in like the Nac Mac Feegles on a CRIVENS! Raiding spree.
I'm hungry now and can't stop thinking about BANANANANANANAS. Lets make muffins
Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 large bananananananas (mashed)
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate drops
ONE
Line or grease a muffin tin.
TWO
Set aside.
THREE
If banananananas aren't ripe enough yet, place in the freezer over night. Allow to defrost then mash.
FOUR
Mix until just combined and moist.
FIVE
Be careful not to over mix.
SIX
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Very moist.
Freeze well.
